1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using Valzy, you agree to these terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Valzy web platform, mobile application, APIs and related services (together, the "Services"), operated by Supadev Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Valzy," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a bank, financial institution, valuation firm or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation and its authorised users.

Where your organisation has signed a separate agreement or order form with us, that agreement prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

2. Accounts and Access

Keep your account secure and your details accurate.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date
  • Access is granted to authorised users only; credentials and one-time passwords must not be shared
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and your organisation’s user accounts
  • You must notify us promptly at contact@valzy.in of any unauthorised access or security incident
  • Organisation administrators are responsible for assigning roles, approval rights and removing users who leave

3. Acceptable Use

Use the Services only for their intended, lawful purpose.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Upload content that you do not have the right to share, or that contains malware or harmful code
  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Services, except as permitted by law
  • Scrape, extract or bulk download data from the Services, or resell or sublicense access to them
  • Attempt to bypass security, access controls or usage limits, or interfere with the operation of the Services
  • Use the Services to build a competing product or service

4. AI Valuations and Market Data

AI values support your decisions; they do not replace them.

The Services generate indicative property values, comparables, guideline (SR) rates, location insights, document extractions and risk flags using automated models, public records and third-party market data.

  • Indicative only: AI values are estimates based on available data and are not a valuation report issued by a registered valuer under applicable law
  • No guarantee: we do not guarantee that any property will sell or be realised at any value shown
  • Data limitations: market listings, guideline rates, maps and public records may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate
  • Your decisions: you remain solely responsible for credit, lending and collateral decisions, and for complying with your internal policies and regulatory requirements, including those of the Reserve Bank of India and the National Housing Bank where applicable
  • Review required: AI outputs, including document extractions, should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being relied upon

5. Your Data

You own the data you bring to Valzy.

You retain all rights in the data, documents and content you or your users upload to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and use Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Services for you.

We may use aggregated and de-identified data, which does not identify you, your borrowers or any individual, to operate, improve and develop the Services.

You confirm that you have obtained all consents and permissions required to upload Customer Data, including any personal data of borrowers, and to let us process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Confidentiality

We each protect the other’s confidential information.

Each party will use the other’s confidential information only to perform under these Terms and will protect it with at least reasonable care. Confidential information does not include information that is public, already known to the receiving party, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party. Either party may disclose confidential information where required by law, after giving notice where permitted.

7. Fees and Payment

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order form.

  • Fees, billing cycles and payment terms are set out in your order form or plan
  • Fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which you are responsible for
  • We may suspend access to paid features if undisputed fees remain unpaid after notice
  • Except where required by law or stated in your order form, fees paid are non-refundable

8. Intellectual Property

Valzy owns the platform; you own your data.

The Services, including software, models, designs, trademarks and documentation, are owned by Supadev Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription; no other rights are granted.

If you share feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on services we do not control.

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as mapping, document recognition, cloud hosting and your own loan origination or document management systems. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.

10. Availability and Support

We work to keep Valzy available and reliable.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Services available, secure and performing well. The Services may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance or for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Any service levels and support commitments are set out in your order form.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited.

  • Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill
  • We are not liable for losses arising from credit, lending or collateral decisions made using the Services
  • Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim
  • These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law

13. Indemnity

You are responsible for misuse of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or Customer Data you did not have the right to upload.

14. Suspension and Termination

How access can end.

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to your order form. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay undisputed fees after notice, or if required by law.

On termination, your right to use the Services ends. On request made within 30 days, we will make Customer Data available for export, after which we may delete it, except where we must retain it by law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith. Disputes that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date, and will notify account administrators of material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
